Chris knew what he wanted to do at an early age. Not even old enough to drive, he got his first radio gig when he was 13, and he has been doing the radio thing ever since. Like a lot of Star listeners, he remembers when a lot of these songs were new being played for the first time on the radio. He also remembers hearing Wavy Davy and Andy Barber on the radio even back then, and now he gets to work with them! Not only does he get to hang out with radio legends, he gets to play his favorite classic rock.He collects old radios and despite hearing a ton of music at work, listens to music at home too to unwind and enjoy. Chris also serves as Program Director for Star 103.3. Chris says, "Radio is in my blood and will always be. It is a fun job, but a challenging job. With so many entertainment choices these days, we have to make Star the best it can be and meet the needs of those who support us..our listeners." He also added, "We strive to give the listener what they want, and we hope in return they support us by spending their hard earned money with those who advertise on our stations." "You don't have to pay to listen to Star 103.3( as a matter of fact we sometimes pay you to listen), and our listeners and advertisers are what will keep us around for a long time." Long Live Rock N Roll!!!
